Huma Lodhi is a clinical nutritionist and a certified integrative nutrition health coach and is based in Singapore. She is a member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association. Her expertise is in advising clients on personalised nutrition programs for menopausal health, weight loss, IBS, boosting immunity and adolescent health—in general, programs that are most beneficial for your individual metabolism and health needs. She also uses Microbiome Analysis for nutritional assessment.

Her nutritional advice adopts a holistic approach. Her work entails supporting clients make necessary, albeit small, changes in their lifestyle habits to optimise their well being.

Huma has a BA Honors in Biochemistry from Mount Holyoke College, MA USA, a MSc in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen, UK and a Certification in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, USA.
